North Whitehall Man Who Assaulted Girlfriend While she Held their Baby Gets Probation

Kyle Milliard is sentenced to 18 months' probation for assaulting girlfriend and pulling a knife on a neighbor who tried to help.

A North Whitehall Township man will not go to prison for punching, slapping and shoving his girlfriend while she held their baby and then pulling a knife on a neighbor who tried to help, according to an article on Lehigh Valley Live.

Lehigh Valley Live reported that Kyle James Milliard, 22, was sentenced to 18 months' probation for the April 25 assault. The neighbor was not hurt and the girlfriend, Kayla Rainer, suffered a swollen lip and cut nose.

"The baby's head hit the wall when Milliard pushed Rainer but was not seriously injured," as reported by Lehigh Valley Live.
