Bottles Blocked Brake Pedal, Trucker Told Police
Ronnie Davis, 58, of Reading, told state police he couldn't brake because beverage bottles obstructed the brake pedal.
A man driving a tractor-trailer east on Route 22 hit a barrier after he failed to negotiate the curve on the Route 309 exit ramp on Jan. 25, according to State Police at Bethlehem.
