Why Eliminate A Tax?

I can't wait until property owners start getting the bill passed to them by the state legislature and the PSEA for the teachers pension fund shortfall.
Property Tax Independence Act ( HB76 / SB76 ) supporting legislators, I've recently spoken to, say the school property tax is expected to jump up to 30% within two years.
So, the PSEA and inaction by the legislature promises to eliminate even higher record numbers of current property owners than NOT eliminating the school property tax has done during the previous thirteen years since Rep Kerry Benninghoff claims he figured out how-to fund all of Pennsylvania's public schools WITHOUT a school property tax.
