Please join us for the 10th annual Newstalk 790 WAEB Spaghetti Dinner to benefit the Allentown Rescue Mission.

The dinner takes place Saturday, October 6th at Asbury United Methodist Church in Allentown from 4pm to 7:30pm. The dinner will feature WAEB’s Bobby Gunther Walsh in person, thousands of his famous, secret-recipe, homemade meatballs and all the spaghetti you can eat.

There is no charge for dinner, but a free-will offering is encouraged.

Preparations for the “spaghetti dinner,” as it is affectionately known, kick-off on Monday, September 24th on Newstalk 790 WAEB-AM. In the two weeks leading up to the Spaghetti Dinner, Bobby Gunther Walsh helps raise awareness and support for the Allentown Rescue Mission on his morning show from 5:00am to 9am. You can pledge your support of the Mission by sponsoring some of Gunther’s meatballs for $10.

You can sponsor a meatball by calling WAEB-AM or online at allentownrescuemission.org.

The Allentown Rescue Mission depends on private support, not government grants, to run its programs and services for homeless people. The simple act of sponsoring a meatball allows us to provide much-needed assistance to hundreds of men in crisis every year.
