LCCC Offers Noncredit Culinary Class on Cooking 30-Minute Meals

Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) offers a noncredit cooking class on 30-minute meals.

 

In this course, students learn how to prepare weekday meals that are quick, delicious and healthy. Dish selection, technique and methods change from semester to semester.

The 30-Minute Meals class is scheduled for Wednesday, April 23, from 6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. at Whitehall High School. Tuition is $35, and a $15 materials fee payable to the instructor applies.
