LCCC Offers Culinary Course on Proper Knife Skills beginning April 2014

Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) offers a noncredit culinary class on proper knife handling skills and techniques.

 

Students of the class learn how to correctly dice, slice, chop, chiffonade, mince and julienne. Additional topics covered include appropriate knife selection and maintenance.

The Knife Skills class is scheduled for Wednesday, April 16, from 7:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. at Whitehall High school. Tuition is $25, and a $5 materials fee payable to the instructor applies.
