LCCC Adjunct Discusses Tolkien’s Hobbit and Smaug; Fantastical Geography With Lecture

Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) adjunct faculty member Sorina Higgins presents a lecture in preparation of the release of J.R.R. Tolkien’s second in a trilogy of films The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug on Thursday, Dec. 5 at 6 p.m. in the Science Hall (SH) building, Room 144, on the main campus in Schnecksville. The discussion of “Where is ‘The Hobbit’? Tolkien’s Fantastical Geography” is free and open to the public.
